Join us for the 33rd Helen E. Stubbs Memorial Lecture on Thursday, Nov 11, 2021 at 7:00 p.m. Kathy Stinson has loved reading since before she started school. She sorted mail, taught elementary school, and worked as a waitress before it occurred to her that she might like writing too. An argument with her then 3-year-old daughter soon led to the writing of her first book, Red Is Best, which quickly became a classic.
Kathy has since written a wide range of juvenile, young adult, and adult fiction, non-fiction titles, and more picture books, including The Man with the Violin, winner of the prestigious TD Children's Literature Award.
Register in advance at the link below to get an email reminder, or tune in day-of. This program will be recorded and available for replay on CrowdCast from November 11 to 18, 2021.

Register here or tune in on Nov. 11 at 7pm
